Structure   To ensure a smooth and successful process to establishing the Memorial, three committees have been created:  The Executive Committee and the Staff Committee and the Task Force. Please see the Organizational Chart of the 911 Memorial Committees. Executive Committee The Executive Committee will be advised and updated by the Staff Committee and will make all final decisions.  The Executive Committee members will report back to their respective boards.   Linda D.
