In July 2011 the Town of Cortlandt formed the Hanover Estates Charrette Commitee consisting of 16 participants. An environmental planning and consulting firm, AKRF was selected by the Town to act as a third party facilitator and to develop the Charrette Summary Report dated January, 2012.
The Charrette Final Summary Report is available for download below. IMPORTANT: These files are quite large and may take a long time to download. Please be patient.
