The Town of Cortlandt has contracted with Emergency Communications Network, Inc. of Ormond Beach, Florida, for its CodeRED high speed telephone emergency notification system. The CodeRED system gives Town officials the ability to deliver pre-recorded emergency telephone notification to targeted areas or the entire Town. The CodeRED system will only be activated for emergency notifications.
This system includes data bases of existing landline phones in the Town’s multiple zip codes. THE DATA BASES DO NOT INCLUDED CELL PHONES. If you wish to ADD your cell phone to the list - use the "OPT IN" link below. The information will only be used for emergency notification purposes and will not be shared with anyone. If a phone number is not in the data base, it will not be called. To add a phone number, please click on the “Opt in Form” below.
Choose to "OPT OUT".
If you would like your landline phone removed from the existing data bases, please complete the “OPT OUT” email address below. In opting out, you will not receive any phone emergency notifications.
