Soaring Through Nature 11 a.m.

Come with us on a journey through the local wilderness. This is the perfect opportunity to walk with your peers all while taking in the beauty of the changing season. As we navigate this path, you may discover new friends and/or appreciate old ones as you converse and connect with nature all while building cardio and core endurance. Bring a bagged lunch and water bottle. Meet in theSprout Brook Parking Lot.
                                          
Location:         Hudson Highlands Gateway Park (Use Sprout Brook Park Parking Lot by the intersection of Sprout Brook Road & Highland Brook Park)
