BALLROOM GUMBA AND MORE                     

The objective of Ballroom Gumba Core and More is to dance to ballroom rhythms routines.  We will be doing routines to Cha Cha, Meringue, Rumba, Hustle, Swing, Salsa, Hip Hop, Disco, Riverdance, Indian Bolly dancing, BELLY dancing, and much more.  We will be concentrating on the core area.  These routines will burn calories, help you slim down, relieve stress, get cardio benefits, and most of all have fun.  Instructor Donna created this program to help people feel good about themselves and to lead a healthy lifestyle.  She will also talk about exercise, diet and health in general.  Partner is not necessary.

Please wear rubber soled shoes and loose comfortable clothing.

Location: Muriel H. Morabito Community Center, 29 Westbrook Drive, Cortlandt Manor
