PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing on the application of Nicholas B. and Hanay K. Angell and David W. Spears and Patricia J. Glennon pursuant to Sections 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land) of the Town of Cortlandt Code for Preliminary and Final Plat Approvals for a lot line adjustment/subdivision between two parcels involving the transfer of 1.97 acres from the Angell parcel to the Spears/Glennon parcel as shown on a drawing entitled “Lot Line Adjustment Map to adjust the line dividing the lands of Nicholas B. & Hanay K. Angell from the lands of David W. Spears & Patricia J. Glennon” prepared by Badey & Watson, P.C. dated July 15, 2008.
The subject property is zoned R-40, Single Family Residential and is located on the southwesterly side South Mountain Pass, northwest of Route 9 and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as; Section 11.15, Block 1, Lot 2.3 and Section 11.16, Block 1, Lot 1.
Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which Part One of the Short Environmental Assessment Form was submitted
Persons may review said application and drawing at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, October 7, 2008 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
