Planning Board Public Hearing - Roundtop at Montrose

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the application of WILLAM BALTER, CONTRACT VENDEE FOR THE PROPERTY OF ROCCO TRIGLIA for amended Site Development Plan Approval pursuant to Chapter 307 (Zoning) of the Town of Cortlandt Code for the conditionally approved Roundtop at Montrose development to construct 4 buildings rather than 5 buildings, for changes to the approved elevations of the proposed buildings, changes to the conditionally approved recreational amenities and for changes to parking areas and retaining walls as shown on a 4 page set of drawings entitled “Roundtop at Montrose” prepared by Jeffrey Contelmo, P.E. dated July 23, 2010 and a 5 page set of drawings entitled “Roundtop” prepared by L & M Design, LLC dated October 15, 2008.

The subject property of 18.7 acres is zoned HC/9A, Highway Commercial/Multi-Family and is located on the west side of the New York and Albany Post Road (Route 9A) approximately 500 feet north of Crugers Station Road and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 55.13, Block 1, Lots 1, 7 and 8.

Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which Part One of the Short Environmental Assessment Form was submitted.

Persons may review said application at the Planning Office, Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays.

SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, September 7, 2010 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
