Planning Board Public Hearing - PB 12-08 Post Road Holdings
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 307 (Zoning) of the Town of Cortlandt Code and for a Tree Removal Permit pursuant to Chapter 283 (Trees) on the application of Post Road Holdings Corp. for Site Development Plan Approval for the construction of a 10,350 sq. ft., 2-story mixed use building with retail below and 6 apartments above as shown on a 8 page set of drawings entitled “Site Development Plan for Post Road Holdings Corp” prepared by Cronin Engineering, P.E., P,C, latest revision dated April 24, 2013 and on a 2 page set of architectural drawings entitled “Proposed Exterior elevations & Proposed Floor Plans for Post Road Holdings Corp.’ prepared by Gemmola & Associates” latest revision dated May 21, 2012.
The subject property of approximately 1.08 acres is zoned HC-9A, Highway Commercial/Multi-Family is located at 2083 Albany Post Road (Route 9A) and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 55.09, Block 1, Lots 12 &12 and Section 55.13, Block 1, Lot 4.
Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which Part One of the Short Environmental Assessment Form was submitted.
Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, July 2, 2013 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
