Neva Savath Goldstein
Neva Savath Goldstein received a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design. She worked as a graphic artist and studio director in the advertising industry for several years before having a family. While at home with 2 children, she returned to her love of drawing, which she has continued until today. She taught pastel drawing to adults at the Croton Cortlandt Center for the Arts for many years and has participated in several shows at the Flat Iron Gallery in Peekskill. Neva enjoys traveling with her family, which inspires much of her artwork. Neva volunteered at Blythedale Children’s Hospital for 13 years, where she assisted the art teacher. She has been a supporter of The Hope for Youth Foundation for several years, and is also a volunteer with the Make a Wish Foundation of the Hudson Valley for 7 years, and is currently a Wish Granter/Mentor. In 2005, Neva received her yoga teaching certification, and has been teaching ever since, with a specialty in Prenatal Yoga, and Yoga for Cancer survivors.
