Planning Board Public Hearing-Leverich Subdivision

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land) of  the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of  Sue Ann & Raymond T. Leverich, Jr. for approval of a minor subdivision/ lot line adjustment with no new building lots proposed for a 1.2 acre parcel of property as shown on a drawing entitled “Subdivision Plat & Lot Line Revision” prepared by Stephen Miller, P.L.S. latest revision dated February 18, 2005.

            The subject property is zoned R-40, Single Family Residential and is located on the south side of Maple Avenue approximately 400 feet east of the Peekskill municipal line and designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 33.19, Block 1, Lots 16 & 17.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which a negative declaration is being considered.

            Persons may review said application and drawing at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, April 5, 2005 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
