Planning Board Hearing - Americo Subdivision

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Sections 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land) and Chapter 259 (Steep Slopes) of  the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of Michael Americo for Preliminary Plat Approval and a Steep Slope Permit for a two lot minor subdivision of a 38,649 sq. ft. parcel of land as shown on a 2 page set of drawings entitled “Preliminary Plat prepared for Michael Americo” prepared by Ralph G. Mastromonaco, P.E. latest revision dated April 4, 2005.

            The subject property is zoned R-15, Single Family Residential and is located on the east side of Dutch Street, approximately 1700 feet south of Route 9A and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 54.12, Block 4, Lot 26.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which a completed Part One of the Short Environmental Assessment Form was submitted.

            Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Wednesday evening, September 7, 2005 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
