Planning Board Public Hearing - PB 2017-7 Nida Associates
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land) of the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of Nida Associates, Inc. for Preliminary & Final Plat Approval for a two lot minor subdivision, with no new dwellings or building lots, as shown on a drawing entitled “Preliminary Subdivision Plat prepared for Nida Associates” prepared by Ralph G. Mastromonaco, P.E. latest revision dated September 20, 2017.
The subject property is zoned HC, Highway Commercial, is approximately 1 acre in size, is located on the west side of Dove Court at the intersection of Baltic Place and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 67.06, Block 3, Lot 8.
Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which Part One of the Short Environmental Assessment Form was submitted
Persons may review said application and drawing at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Wednesday evening, November 8, 2017 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
