Planning Board Hearing - Follini Site Plan
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 307 (Zoning) of the Town of Cortlandt Code and for permits pursuant to Chapter 259 (Steep Slopes) and Chapter 283 (Tree Removal) of the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of William Follini for Site Plan Approval for a proposed residence as shown on a 2 page set of drawings entitled “Site Development Plan for William & Lorraine Follini” prepared by Cronin Engineering, P.E., P.C. latest revision dated August 18, 2005. This application is also made pursuant to General Note #1 on the approved plat entitled “Subdivision of property known as Contemporary Acres” (filed Map No. 18420) which states that the house site on this lot (4) shall be subject to individual integrated site plan review by the Planning Board.
The subject property is zoned R-80, Single Family Residential and is located on the south side of Bethea Drive approximately 500 feet west of Spring Valley Road and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 80.05, Block 1, Lot 14.
Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which a completed Part One of the Short Environmental Assessment Form was submitted.
Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, December 6, 2005 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
