Planning Board Public Hearing - VS Construction
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 307 (Zoning) of the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of V.S. Construction for Site Development Plan Approval for a 2,700 square foot, one-story commercial building located on the southwest corner of Crompond Rd. (Route 202&35) and Croton Avenue as shown on a 4 page set of drawings entitled “Site Development Plan for VS Construction, Inc.” prepared by Cronin Engineering, P.C., P.E. latest revision dated February 17, 2006 and as shown on a 3 page set of building elevation drawings entitled “Proposed Commercial Building for VS Construction” dated January 20, 2006.
The subject property of 21,640 square feet is zoned CC, Community Commercial and is located on the southwest corner of Crompond Rd. (Route 202&35) and Croton Avenue and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 34.06, Block 3, Lots 3 & 4.
Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action and includes a Short Environmental Assessment Form.
Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, March 7, 2006 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
