Wickel Subdivision - Public Hearing

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land) and Chapter 283 (Trees) of the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of  W. Lance Wickel for Preliminary Plat approval and a Tree Removal Permit for a proposed 3 lot major subdivision of 5.53 acres as shown on a 4 page set of drawings entitled “Subdivision Plan for W. Lance Wickel” prepared by Timothy L. Cronin, III, P.E. latest revision dated December 29, 2006.

            The subject property is zoned R-40, Single Family Residential and is located on the east side of Lafayette Avenue approximately 250 feet south of Greenlawn Road and designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 33.16, Block 6, Lots 20, 24 & 25.1.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which Part One of the Full Environmental Assessment Form was submitted

            Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, February 6, 2007 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
