Public Hearing Notice

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS of the Town of Cortlandt will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the application of Chandramouli Visweswariah & Patricia Buchanan for a Height Variance from Section 307-17, Table of Dimensional Regulations of the Town of Cortlandt Code for a 2-car garage, currently under construction, that replaced a previously existing barn and shed.

Said property is located at 42 Colabaugh Pond Rd, is zoned R-80 single-family residential and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 56.14  Block 2  Lot  3.

Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

SAID HEARING to be conducted at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible at which time all interested persons shall be heard.
