Owned by the Village of Buchanan, the Lents Cove Ball Fields are used by the Town of Cortlandt for several recreational activities and programs. The Cortlandt National Little League uses the sixty-foot diamond baseball field during the spring and summer seasons. With field lights, the Town of Cortlandt Football League is able to play weekend day and evening games at Lents Cove during the fall. Located on John Walsh Boulevard, the ball fields are adjacent to Lents Cove, a body of water ideal for boating. There is a large picnic area with tables and benches overlooking both Lents Cove and the Lents Cove Ball Field. There are hiking trails open to Buchanan residents.
