YC Fall Information

Parents, check out the YC's new hours of operation and fall programs.

Hello Parents,
 
We hope this email finds you and your family doing well as we all are trying to navigate through these unusual times. The Youth Center’s Fall Schedule is available online; please note it is a lot of information. Please take your time to read through it and let us know if you have any questions. We are here to help you and are happy to do so.

1. Our new hours of operation
2. Break down of different scenarios for the fall
3. Lists upcoming programs and courses 
4. Explains our new “YC Lottery” system; which will help us to choose who will be able to attend the YC after school
5. BMMS Bus Information
6. Operation Snowflake Information
7. Fall Parent Survey (if you haven’t taken it yet we encourage you to do so)
 
 
For BMMS parents if you have not yet filled out a bus form for your child to take the bus to the YC you must do so by Tuesday, September 1st in order for your child to be considered for the September/October lottery. Please email us to get a bus form. 
 
Registration for our September programs, Fall Courses & Operation Snowflake begins on Tuesday, September 8th. Online registration will be available one month at a time. Monthly emails will go out to show/remind parents of what the upcoming month’s schedule will look like.  
 
CHANGE IN SCHEDULE:
 
In our last email we stated we added another week session of our YC Indoor Fun Program from 10 AM – 1 PM or 2 PM – 5 PM on September 8th – 11th. This has been cancelled. We will now be offering our “YC Weekly” program on September 8th – 11th from 3 PM – 7 PM. If you are interested in registering your child for this program please EMAIL US. We will need to sign your child up as registration does not go live until September 8th.
