Santucci Construction Inc. Subdivsion - Public Hearing
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land), and for permits pursuant to Chapter 179 (Wetlands), Chapter 259 (Steep Slopes) and Chapter 283 (Trees) of the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of Santucci Construction Inc., for the property of Sabrinas Holding, LLC & Damian Development, LLC, for Preliminary Plat Approval, a Wetland Permit and a Steep Slope Permit and a Tree Removal Permit for a proposed 2 lot minor subdivision with a lot line adjustment of three existing parcels of land totaling 3.495 acres as shown on a 6 page set of drawings entitled “Preliminary Subdivision Plan and Lot Line Adjustment for Santucci Construction Inc.” prepared by Cronin Engineering, P.E., P.C. latest revision dated April 12, 2006.
The subject property is zoned R-15, Single Family Residential and is located at the end of Radzivila Road, approximately 750 feet northwest of Dutch St. and designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 54.12, Block 4, Lots, 23 & 33.
Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which Part One of the Full Environmental Assessment Form was submitted
Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, May 2, 2006 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
