"To Serve and Be Served" Fine Dining Skills Course

Ever go to a fancy restaurant or holiday party and wonder what the extra dishes and silverware on the table are used for? Want to learn more about how to properly “dress” a table? This course will teach you how to properly set a table, serve and entertain your guests. You will get to be served too! Dinner is included. Dress attire: semi-formal. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to learn life skills which can be applied at home or to future employment opportunities.
