PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land), and for a permit pursuant to Chapter 283 (Trees) of the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of John P. Alfonzetti, P.E., for the property of Angelo Cipriano, for a 4 lot major subdivision as shown on a 4 page set of drawings entitled “Preliminary 4 Lot Subdivision Mountain View Estates” prepared by John Alfonzetti, P.E. latest revision dated April 22, 2010.     

            The subject property of  9.25 acres is zoned R-80, single family residential, is located off of Mt. Airy Road E., southeast of Joseph Wallace Drive and is to be accessed off of Joseph Wallace Drive.  The property is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 68.10, Block 1, Lots 27 & 28.1.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which Part One of the Full Environmental Assessment Form was submitted.

            Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, June 1, 2010 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
