PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

      PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 307 (Zoning) of the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of Ferhun Ogunc, for the property of Westrock Development, LLC, requesting Planning Board approval of a change of use from a gas station to a farm market as shown on a five page set of drawings entitled “Mohegan Farm Market Inc.” prepared by Teo Siguenza, Architect, dated May 18, 2010.

            The subject property of approximately 36 acres is located on the north side of Route 6 (Cortlandt Boulevard) across from the Cortlandt Town Center, is split zoned with the front approximately 11 acres zoned CD Designed Commercial and the rear approximately 25 acres zoned R-40, single family residential and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 24.06, Block 1, Lot 4.

      Persons may review said application at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays.

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, June  1, 2010 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
