Planning Board Public Hearing, Gragert Subdivision
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land), and for a permit pursuant to Chapter 283 (Trees), Chapter 179 (Wetlands) and Chapter 259 (Steep Slopes) of the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of Kevin Gragert for a 2 lot major subdivision as shown on a drawing entitled “Gragert Subdivision” prepared by John Kalin, P.E. latest revision dated April 14, 2011.
The subject property of 11.59 acres is zoned R-40, single family residential, is located on the east side of Ernst Road at the intersection with Fowler Road and also has access through Putnam Valley off of Elm Road and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 12.11, Block 1, Lot 27.
Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which Part One of the Full Environmental Assessment Form was submitted.
Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Wednesday evening, July 6, 2011 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
