Planning Board Public Hearing - PB 5-15 Cliffdale Farm

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
 
            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing on the application of Teatown Lake Reservation Inc. pursuant to the Town of Cortlandt Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 307) for the renewal of a Special Permit pursuant to Chapter 307-65.3  (Private Nature Preserve open to the public) to conduct a summer camp program, weekday and weekend public programming and school programming at Cliffdale Farm as described in a letter dated July 16, 2015 from Diane Barron, Managing Director and as shown on a drawing entitled “Special Permit Map, Cliffdale Farm North” prepared by Ralph G. Mastromonaco, P.E. dated July 15, 2010.
 
            The subject property of 83 acres known as Cliffdale Farm is zoned R-80, Single Family Residential and is located on the north side of Teatown Road approximately 3,000 feet east of Quaker Ridge Road and designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 79.08, Block 1, Lot 1.
 
             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which Part One of the Short Environmental Assessment Form was submitted.
 
            Persons may review said application and drawing at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 
 
            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, October 6, 2015 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
