PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Sections 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land) of the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of Daniel P. and Connie J. Wieman Large (Vendee) and Philip Lipkin (Vendor) for Preliminary Plat Approval for a minor subdivision/lot line adjustment between two existing lots with no additional lots created as shown on a drawing entitled “Proposed Minor Subdivision prepared for Daniel P. Large & Connie J. Wieman Large and Philip Lipkin” prepared by David J. Odell, PLS dated July 20, 2005.

            The subject property is zoned R-10, Single Family Residential and is located on the east side of Croton Park Road south of Ash Street and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 34.10, Block 2, Lots 36 & 38.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which a completed Part One of the Short Environmental Assessment Form was submitted.

            Persons may review said application and drawing at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Wednesday evening, September 7, 2005 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
