PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land) of  the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of  Keith and Kimberly Koski and Eric Koski for a subdivision/ lot line adjustment of two properties with no new building lots proposed as shown on a drawing entitled “Lot Line Adjustment Map Prepared for Keith Koski & Eric Koski” prepared by Badey & Watson, P.C. dated August 24, 2005.

            The subject properties are zoned R-40, Single Family Residential; are located on the south side of Maple Avenue, approximately 1,200 feet west of Lafayette Avenue; and are designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 33.19, Block 1, Lots 6 & 15.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which a negative declaration is being considered.

            Persons may review said application and drawing at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Wednesday evening, October 5, 2005 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
