Planning Board Hearing - Teatown Subdivision

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing on the application of  Teatown Lake Reservation Inc. pursuant to Section 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land) of the Town of Cortlandt Code for Preliminary Plat Approval for a two lot major subdivision, with no new dwellings or building lots, consisting of 15.127 acres as shown on a drawing entitled “Subdivision Plat of the Former Moore Property prepared for Teatown Lake Reservation Inc.” prepared by Badey & Watson Surveying & Engineering, P.C. latest revision dated May 3, 2005.

            The subject property is zoned R-80, Single Family Residential and is located on the north side of Teatown Road, approximately 1,750 feet west of Spring Valley Road and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 68.20, Block 3, Lot 1.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which Part One of the Short Environmental Assessment Form was submitted

            Persons may review said application and drawing at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, December 6, 2005 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
