Planning Board Public Hearing - Cortlandt Self Storage
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 307 (Zoning) of the Town of Cortlandt Code and for permits pursuant to Chapter to Chapter 179 (Wetlands), Chapter 259 (Steep Slopes) and Chapter 283 (Trees) on the application of Mark Giordano for Cortlandt Self Storage for Site Development Plan Approval and Steep Slope, Wetland and Tree Removal Permits for 3 new buildings and 2 building additions at the existing Cortlandt Self-Storage Complex as shown on a drawing entitled “Site Plan of Additional Buildings” prepared by Ralph G. Mastromonaco, P.E. latest revision dated October 12, 2006.
The subject property of 17.4 acres is zoned, Conditional M-1, Light Industrial and is located at 44 Regina Drive and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 24.10, Block 1, Lot 4.
Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action and includes an Environmental Assessment Form.
Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Wednesday evening, November 1, 2006 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
