Congratulations on paying off your mortgage! While you no longer have a monthly mortgage or escrow account, you will still have to pay your Town and County and your School taxes.
Please contact our office to let us know if you were paying your taxes through your mortgage and now would like the bill sent directly to you. You can either:

• Come in and say hello.
• Mail your request in writing to:
