Joyce White is a wife, a mother, a mentor, and a businesswoman. As a healthcare director of business development and marketer, she is involved with local organizations in the community that support the quality of life for our seniors. What gives her the most joy is empowering seniors, by providing them and their families with options and choices. She has been successful in the development and advancement of projects including developing a robust strategic vision for international, national and regional Life-Style magazine publications, including capital campaigns, corporate support, planned and annual giving opportunities, and fundraising events.
Councilwoman White was born in White Plains, NY and raised in the Town of Cortlandt. She graduated from Lakeland Senior High School and received her bachelor's in business administration from Buffalo State University. Councilwoman White met her husband in college and decided to buy a house and start a family in Cortlandt Manor. She is an active member of the HEN HUD PTA and Advocacy Committee since 2018, as well as served on the WEPR Board (Westchester-East Putnam Region PTA from 20-2021-2022). Their son is named Greyson who loves to play basketball and lacrosse. He is a proud Sailor of the Hendrick Hudson School District.
