TOWN BOARD WORK SESSION ISSUES ONLY Agenda

The Cortlandt Town Board will hold a Town Board Work Session on Monday, January 29, 2024 at 6:00pm,1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor in the Nyberg Meeting Room. The meeting is open to the public.

The Agenda will include:

  • Discussion with Hendrick Hudson School District Superintendent Michael Tromblee
  • Planning Department presentation on the topics of Pro Housing, TOD, LWRP and Revised Zoning Map with Chris Kehoe, Director of Planning and Community Development and staff
  • Review any other topic as discussed by Town Board
  • Executive Session, if needed
