Hello this is Linda Puglisi, Supervisor of the Town of Cortlandt with important information regarding the Covid-19 vaccine. New York State is presently distributing the COVID-19 vaccine in phases. As of January 11th, group 1A and the initial groups of Phase 1b are eligible to schedule a COVID-19 Vaccine appointment. This consists of high-risk hospital workers, Residents and staff at nursing homes, Individuals 65 and Older, First Responders, Corrections Officers, Teachers and Other School Staff; In-Person College Instructors, Childcare Workers, Public Facing Grocery Store Workers, Transit Workers and Individuals Living and Working in Homeless Shelters, etc.

You can check if you may be eligible to receive the vaccine at https://am-i-eligible.covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/ or download New York’s new app, Am I Eligible or call New York State Vaccination Hotline: 1-833- NYS-4VAX (1-833-697-4829).
