PAVILION FEES
The Mickey Carbone Pavilion at Sprout Brook Park is available for rental by the public. All group picnics are responsible for bagging their garbage and placing the bags in the Park dumpsters at the front parking lot.  Pavilion rental is for any part or all of a day's use.

Call 914-734-1052, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM- 3:30 PM to check on availability and rental procedures.  Application and deposit must be made in advance through the Town of Cortlandt Recreation Office at Town Hall.

The Community Room is located at 3131 East Main Street, Mohegan Lake, in the Cortlandt Town Center.  It is available for rental use by Town residents and Town groups.  For information and to make a reservation please call the Town of Cortlandt Recreation Office at 914-734-1052, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM- 3:30 PM.

Celebrate your child’s birthday or host your Scout, Youth, Church, Synagogue, or Civic Organization Groups meeting/event at the Cortlandt Youth and Recreation Center.  The YC is available to rent for birthday parties on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:30 PM- 3:30 PM for children ages seven and older.  Host up to 20 of your child’s friends, where they can play ping-pong, air hockey, pool, foosball, and climb the rock wall.  The YC is available Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM- 8:00 PM for civic organization meetings.  Contact Lindsey for more information at 914-736-0498 or lluposello@townofcortlandt.com.
