Drop off times at 218 Westchester Avenue, Buchanan NY are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm.

  • Electronics & audio sound equipment (Inluding stereos & speakers, VCRS, phones & cell phones, CD players & tape recorders, fax machines, Word Processors & typewriters)
  • Personal computers & monitors
  • Printers & cartridges
  • Keyboards & mice
  • Laptops & laptop peripherals 
  • Scanners
  • Tape drives
  • Modems
  • Camera equipment
  • Small electric powered motors & household appliances (Clock radios, answering machines, fans, paper shredderes)
  • Wiring & cabling
  • NI-CAD Batteries
  • Video game systems

Items explicitly not accepted:

  • Bulk metals of any type
  • Sealed Lead Acid Batteries (Vehicle Batteries)
  • Compressed Gas Cylinders
  • Thermostats or Mercury containing items & appliances 
  • Smoke/ Fire Detectors
