Lack of Heat Complaints: For complaints regarding lack of heat in your apartment- contact the Westchester County Health Department 

The Town of Cortlandt Tenant Landlord Advisory Board met from 2003- 2010 as part of a Memorandum of Understanding agreement.  That agreement has expired and the TLAB is no longer active.
